- Tasks
- You independently lead project teams in structural engineering for civil engineering and provide technical guidance
- You ensure that proposal and execution projects are optimally planned in terms of timing and economics by utilizing internal and external planning teams
- You are responsible for preparing structural calculations for engineering structures, ensuring site-appropriate planning
- You create budgets and take on cost and schedule control in the project
- You identify contract deviations and are responsible for creating and tracking change orders
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing.)
- Relevant several years of experience in an engineering office, planning department, or a comparable position is required
- Solid knowledge in structural planning for bridge structures
- Solid IT skills and experience with the software SOFiSTiK or SOFiPLUS is desirable
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Teamwork ability
- Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
