- You organize and independently manage construction projects in specialized civil engineering
- You take on performance and result responsibility for the assigned projects
- You ensure agreed execution deadlines and quality

- You lead the site management and construction site personnel
- You award subcontractor services in collaboration with the commercial department
- You are responsible for creating contract-relevant correspondence

- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience in site management or experience in senior site management in specialized civil engineering
- Proficient use of general IT applications as well as RIB iTWO (Arriba)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent and success-oriented working style
