- Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the commercial area of a major project (> 200 million €) within a joint venture, ensuring professional and timely execution in coordination with the technical project manager
- You lead your team professionally and goal-oriented and take on the disciplinary leadership of five employees
- In your role, you are also responsible for client and contract-related matters, including negotiations with local representatives
- Both commercial reporting and subcontractor management are part of your responsibilities
- What We Rely On
- Completed business studies or completed training as an industrial clerk and relevant professional experience as a construction or project manager
- Relevant experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in the commercial management of construction projects, ideally in a joint venture context
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Knowledge of contract law, especially VOB/B, is desirable
- Mobility for regional construction site deployment
- High sense of responsibility, persistence, and assertiveness, as well as good communication style and leadership experience, round off your profile
