- You monitor the contractual services of construction logistics and site setup regarding technical and economic project execution
- You are responsible for the economic success of several projects
- Additionally, you are responsible for service execution and service delimitation according to contractual and scheduling requirements
- You independently report to the next superior or to the regional management/planning management
- Internal and external communication as well as coordination within the project environment is part of your responsibilities
- In your position, you are responsible for quality assurance in the projects
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or similar, alternatively a state-certified construction technician with relevant professional experience
- Experience in handling large construction projects, including object monitoring, and/or in construction or project management
