- Tasks
- You are the contact person for customers, property managers, and subcontractors after project completion
- In your position, you are responsible for clarifying and handling warranty claims, considering legal, economic, and customer-oriented aspects
- You independently handle simple and complex technical issues
- You check the contract and performance requirements
- You identify defects on-site and perform systematic evaluations
- You work with project managers and specialist engineers
- You handle and defend legal cases in close collaboration with lawyers
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU) or similar qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience, especially in turnkey construction
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Willingness to thoroughly process and present technical issues
- Good knowledge of construction and contract law (BGB, VOB)
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience with digital defect recording and evaluation
- Preferably practical experience in handling evidence and court proceedings
- Willingness to travel in the Berlin Brandenburg region
