- Tasks
- You will lead the tunneling operations of large tunnel construction projects in Germany
- You are responsible for adhering to Implenia's standards for HealthSafetyEnvironmentQuality and Sustainability
- You are in charge of managing work preparation, personnel deployment, and scheduling
- You act as a contact person for your relevant external stakeholders
- You work closely with your colleagues from in-house mechanical and electrical engineering and risk management
- You conduct supplementary negotiations together with colleagues from contract management
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU), or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in conventional tunnel construction
- Cooperative leadership personality, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel within Germany
