- Tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire purchasing process and ensuring the specified processes and standards
- Project-related execution of purchasing activities for subcontractors, suppliers, and services in the field of civil, engineering, and tunnel construction
- Strategic preparation and conducting of contract negotiations
- Professional leadership of a purchasing team of up to four people
- Through your good proactive communication with all process participants, you build trust in your performance and develop a high degree of self-responsibility within our competence matrices
- What we rely on:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk with additional qualification as a business economist, alternatively a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in project business as well as in professional team leadership, experience in purchasing construction services is an advantage
- Broad expertise in operational purchasing and very good technical understanding
- Basic legal knowledge (VOB, HOAI, BGB)
- Good communication skills for building internal and external networks
- Ideally, a broad network of subcontractors in civil, engineering, and tunnel construction
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and a high level of initiative
- Positive, confident, and representative demeanor
- Independent working style, high personal commitment, and team spirit
