What you will do with us
Tasks at Geiger
- Acquiring projects in the field of building renovation in the Munich, Augsburg, Ulm, and Stuttgart regions
- Building and leading a project team to execute challenging renovation projects
- Cost estimation and calculation of projects to ensure profitability
- Goal and metric-oriented leadership, motivation, and development of the team to achieve company objectives
- Organizational development and process optimization to enhance team efficiency
- Collaborating on the development of suitable sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue potential
- Developing and presenting offers to customers and business partners
- Providing technical and economic customer advice for optimal solution design
What We're Looking Forward To
- A completed degree as a civil engineer, architect, or construction technician, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a team leader or branch manager in construction and project management, remodeling, renovation, refurbishment, and building renovation with corresponding personnel and budget responsibility
- Experience in calculation and solid knowledge in cost estimation and offer presentation
- A comprehensive understanding of sales and business management, along with a strong cost awareness
- Strong communication skills and sociability
- Reliability and assertiveness, combined with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action
- A high level of responsibility and teamwork skills
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
