- Tasks
- Leading the execution of large tunnel construction projects in Germany
- Conducting negotiations with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring work safety
- Managing work preparation, costing, personnel deployment, and scheduling
- Close coordination with colleagues from our own machinery and electrical engineering, risk management, and contract management
- Leading and developing the assigned project and construction site team
- Participating in bid processing and strategic acquisition of tunnel construction projects for Germany
- Preparing and leading supplementary negotiations together with colleagues from contract management
- Handling, billing, performance reporting, and monitoring
- Optimizing construction processes
- What we rely on
- Several years of professional experience in managing or project managing large infrastructure projects, ideally in tunnel construction
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction sector
- Proficient use of general IT applications and RIB iTWO
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel within Germany is necessary
- Good German language skills
