• Leading and executing projects in the field of organizational development
• Further development of the group-wide Digital Workplace with a focus on Microsoft
• Supporting projects by analyzing existing structures and processes
• Recording, optimizing, and implementing processes and structures
• Taking on tasks in Change Management
• Designing and conducting training within the corporate group
• Picking up on ideas and trends from the fields of organizational development and digital transformation and creating implementation concepts

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Social Sciences
• Experience in leading projects and in the field of Digital Transformation
• Strong communication skills and a drive to achieve set goals
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge within our company
• High affinity for IT topics and excellent knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Teams, SharePoint)
• Openness, curiosity, and motivation to constantly question existing processes critically
