- Tasks
- You independently manage civil engineering projects in the Nuremberg/southern Germany area
- You are responsible for the performance and results of the assigned projects
- You ensure the agreed execution dates and quality
- You lead the assigned project and site personnel and are responsible for work safety
- You are responsible for the targeted awarding of necessary subcontractor services
- You are responsible for creating and enforcing claims
- What we rely on
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in managing civil engineering projects
- Experience as a senior site manager or several years of experience in site management
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction
- Proficient use of general IT applications, RIB iTWO, and digital tools
- Leadership experience, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and also team spirit
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Strong awareness of necessary work safety
- Openness or ideally experience in implementing BIM and Lean methodology
- Commitment and independent, results-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel, sometimes for regional assignments
