- Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the smooth execution of offers
- In your role, you are the first point of contact for the offer project teams (AV, calculation, purchasing, etc.)
- You are responsible for contract management and derive opportunities and risks for each offer project
- You analyze the market and identify target projects
- Upon successful acquisition, you transition the target project into the offer project phase
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, construction management, industrial engineering, or successfully completed training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction execution with a focus on civil engineering
- Experience in project management
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
