- Responsibilities
- You independently lead project teams in structural design for civil and tunnel engineering and provide technical guidance
- You ensure that proposal and execution projects are optimally planned in terms of timing and economics by utilizing internal and external planning teams
- You are responsible for preparing structural calculations in tunnel and civil engineering, ensuring site-appropriate planning
- You create budgets and take on cost and schedule control in the project
- You identify contract deviations and are responsible for creating and tracking change orders
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing.)
- Relevant several years of experience in a comparable position, especially in conventional tunnel construction (shotcrete method) is required
- In-depth knowledge in structural design of tunnel construction and execution planning
- Solid IT skills required and experience with SOFiSTiK or SOFiPLUS software is desirable
- Conceptual, analytical, and structured work approach combined with solution-oriented action
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Fluent German in spoken and written form and good English skills required
- French skills are an advantage
