- Tasks
- You are responsible for coordinating bid processing and project acquisition in your area of influence
- Your tasks include participating in award, contract, supplementary, and final negotiations
- Additionally, you advise clients and planners
- You are the main contact for project managers and the Stuttgart office location and are responsible for team leadership
- You raise awareness among employees and subcontractors about workplace safety
- You manage project organization and execution to increase construction productivity through supportive construction logistics measures
- As a senior project manager, you have overarching responsibility for the monthly billing of all services rendered
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or similar fields, alternatively a state-certified construction technician with relevant professional experience
- Extensive multi-year experience in handling large construction projects, including construction logistics, construction or project management, or work preparation, as well as several years of leadership experience
- Strong technical and operational understanding of work and logistics processes in construction
- Long-standing experience in work preparation and project management
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
- Confident application of the BGB and VOB in contract execution
