- Tasks
- You assess the logistical complexity of construction projects and conduct logistical needs analyses
- You are responsible for independently handling planning projects in service phases 1 to 8 according to AHO (developing logistics concepts, determining needs for storage areas, traffic routes, site setup, construction water and electricity, creating logistics schedules, and preparing specifications for construction logistics)
- In your role, you oversee logistical planning and execution services
- You are the first point of contact for internal and external project participants for planning topics related to construction logistics
- You are responsible for leading external project meetings
- Your leadership responsibility in the regional planning team includes up to two employees
- As a planning team leader, you communicate with the planning management and regional management and report to them
- What We Rely On
- Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture, studies in traffic or infrastructure planning, or alternatively, a construction technician with solid relevant work experience
- Work experience in work preparation and/or in a planning office (building construction, civil engineering, road construction, railway construction, or urban planning)
- Good knowledge in construction operations/construction process control, site setup, and ideally comprehensive in construction logistics
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, iTWO, and MS Project
- Confident handling of AHO, HOAI, and VOB applications as well as recognized technical standards
