- Tasks
- You take on the overall coordination and handling of all commercial aspects of construction projects
- You review invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
- You conduct internal and external billing of services
- You ensure proper subcontractor billing
- You handle reporting and participate in the monthly financial results
- Your other tasks include maintaining work calculations, creating target-actual comparisons, and preparing liquidity plans
- What You Bring
- Completed commercial training
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the commercial handling of construction projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and RIB iTWO
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, as well as an independent and committed work style complete your profile
- Willingness to travel nationwide in Germany
