- You are responsible for maintaining and setting up work calculations
- You take on cost control through cost target-actual comparisons
- Your tasks include creating performance and order overviews
- You analyze the monthly income statement and planning
- You also contribute to the creation of the monthly reporting
- You prepare additional work in collaboration with the construction management

- Technical training with additional qualification in controlling or a completed technical degree
- Work experience (3-5 years) in the specified task area required for the position
- Very good knowledge of using the MS Office package
