- Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing and controlling contract management processes and the corresponding reporting
- You handle the preparation of construction deviation analyses and create the basis for supplementary calculations in collaboration with operational units
- You identify potential risks in contracts, develop strategies to minimize risks, and thus make a positive contribution to project outcomes
- You participate in clarification meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- You continuously coordinate with site management, billing, work calculations, and construction scheduling
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering/construction
- Relevant professional experience in contract management
- Experience in civil engineering is desirable
- Proficient in general IT applications, knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba) and common scheduling programs (Tilos, MS-Project, etc.) is desirable
- Good knowledge of construction and procurement law (BGB, VOB, HOAI)
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Success-oriented and structured work approach
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
