
Team Lead (m/f/d) Controlling
What you will do with us
Tasks at Geiger
- Lead the controlling team (up to 3 members) both technically and disciplinarily within the commercial department
- Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling business processes
- Prepare budget, forecast, and variance analyses as well as management reports
- Further develop controlling tools, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Work closely with management, accounting, and specialist departments
- Support strategic decisions with well-founded analyses and recommendations
- Participate in projects like digitalization, BI tools, or ERP optimization

- Completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in controlling with leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Experience with BI tools and ERP systems

- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
- Decisiveness and responsibility in a dynamic environment
