Team Lead (m/f/d) Controlling

Tasks at Geiger

• Lead the controlling team (up to 3 members) both technically and disciplinarily within the commercial department
• Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling business processes
• Prepare budget, forecast, and variance analyses as well as management reports
• Further develop controlling tools, KPIs, and reporting structures
• Work closely with management, accounting, and specialist departments
• Support strategic decisions with well-founded analyses and recommendations
• Participate in projects like digitalization, BI tools, or ERP optimization

• Completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling with leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Experience with BI tools and ERP systems
