- Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the claims management of the NL Freiburg
- You are in charge of preparing construction deviation reports and creating the basis for claims calculation in coordination with operational areas
- You are responsible for creating claims calculations, including related documents and preparing offers for the client
- You participate in clarification meetings and negotiations with the client
- You are responsible for tracking submitted claims and continuously coordinating with project management
- You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating claims overviews and site-related documentation

- Technical understanding
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or as a master or technician in the main construction industry
- Several years of professional experience in calculation, billing, or execution of civil and industrial construction projects
- Good knowledge of contract law (VOB/BGB)
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Independent working style, high personal commitment, and teamwork ability
- Proficient use of common office software, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
