Tasks at eins Plan
- Coordinating and managing the execution planning for projects in timber-hybrid construction and sustainable architecture
- Monitoring and managing external planning offices to ensure compliance with current regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements
- Ensuring the feasibility of plans with a focus on practical implementation on the construction site
- Supporting project implementation with regard to quality, deadlines, and costs
- Acting as the central contact person for all planning-related topics within the project team
- Collaborating with project participants to develop solution-oriented approaches to challenges
- Bringing in creative ideas and working independently in an interdisciplinary team
What we're looking forward to
- A completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
- Professional experience in execution planning, planning coordination, project management, or a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technical trades as well as applicable standards and regulations
- Passion for sustainable building and modern planning methods (especially model-based BIM planning)
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and monitor goal achievement
- Strong communication skills, motivation, team spirit, and a structured and solution-oriented work approach
