- Tasks
- You will handle the coordination and management of all commercial aspects of construction projects
- Your responsibilities include reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices
- You will conduct internal and external billing of services and ensure receivables monitoring
- You will assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly performance, planning, and results reports, as well as liquidity planning
- You will support the procurement of supplier and subcontractor services
- You will deal with the insurance and bond management of the projects you oversee
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable education
- Relevant professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility is desirable
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation
- Ideally, you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO, and Rib iTwo
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and an independent and committed work style complete your profile
