What you will do with us
What to Expect
You'll take on complete project management in the painting trade—from creating offers to final acceptance. You'll coordinate internal processes, handle measurements and billing, negotiate with subcontractors, and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality. Projects are in the greater Leipzig area and, if desired, nationwide.
What You Bring
- Degree as a civil engineer, technician, or master painter
- Experience in project management, or a willingness to learn
- Negotiation skills, organizational talent, cost awareness
- Knowledge of Arriba / RIB iTWO and familiarity with VOB
- Mobility and a structured way of working
