Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Niederrhein Area TM-Energie is an experienced installation company specializing in High Power LED lighting with years of expertise in sports field modernization and new construction. To strengthen our team in Voerde, we are looking for a: Project Manager – Sports Facility Floodlight Construction (m/f/d) • Comprehensive technical project management from inquiry to acceptance • Inventory analysis, design, and dimensioning of the electrical infrastructure • Project calculation • Team coordination • Defining requirements such as mast statics, mechanics, and assembly • Customer and sales colleague support and consultation • International collaboration with our colleagues and partners • Completed studies in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) • Master Electrician, Electrical Technician, Technical Planner • Solid technical know-how • Good MS Office skills • Initiative and independent work • Careful and reliable working style • Hands-on mentality and fun at work • High degree of creative freedom and transparency through flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths combined with independent work • Varied and exciting tasks in a growing company with a team that works enthusiastically on a common mission and actively supports you during your onboarding • Opportunities for personal and professional development • Subsidy for company pension plans • Ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks • 30 days of vacation
