What you will do with us

- Take over and lead an established craft business focused on glass and metal construction
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects in the glass construction sector
- Represent the company's interests in projects and with clients
- Lead and motivate a well-established team
- Actively manage operations and control costs and budgets
- Coordinate and align with internal and external project participants
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor timelines
- Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement processes
What you bring:
- Completed technical training, ideally as a construction manager, project manager, or in a related field
- Alternatively: Qualification as a master metalworker, master glass finisher, master building and object coater, or technical business administrator (IHK)
- Several years of experience in construction management or project management
- Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the construction industry
- Strong customer orientation and confident demeanor
- Forward-thinking actions and entrepreneurial mindset
