- Civil engineer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d), site manager (m/f/d), or comparable technical training with solid knowledge in the construction industry
- Experience with tendering and calculation programs, ideally iTWO
- Independent working style, reliability, and assertiveness
- Strong cost awareness and numerical understanding
- Knowledge of construction operations
