Your profile: - You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable degree. - You have experience as a cost estimator in earthworks and road construction and are familiar with construction and contract law (VOB). - In addition to your secure knowledge of tools such as iTWO and MS Office, you enjoy contributing ideas. - You are a team player and find it easy to communicate effectively with all project participants. - Your work is characterized by your structured and accurate approach. Your tasks: - You independently calculate projects of different sizes and determine the respective opportunities and risks. - You technically check tender documents and participate in site inspections and bidder discussions. - You also contribute your know-how to the development of technical solutions and special proposals. - You work trustingly with all project participants and participate in contract negotiations, which are prepared by you in advance. - You skillfully create order and work calculations and calculate the additional offers in coordination with the site managers.
