Your profile: - You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. - You have experience as a cost estimator in earthworks and road construction and are familiar with construction and contract law (VOB). - Besides being proficient in tools like iTWO and MS Office, you enjoy contributing ideas. - You are a team player and can communicate effectively with all project participants. - Your work is characterized by structure and precision. Your tasks: - Independently calculate projects of various sizes and assess the respective opportunities and risks. - Review tender documents professionally and participate in site visits and bid discussions. - Contribute your expertise in developing technical solutions and special proposals. - Work trustfully with all project participants and take part in contract negotiations, which you prepare in advance. - Skillfully create order and work calculations and coordinate with construction managers to calculate additional offers.
