🔨 What you do with us:

• 👷 Lead existing teams of team leaders and technicians – as well as further build and develop, as we are growing rapidly 📈
• 📋 Plan and coordinate construction sites
• ✅ Ensure quality standards and criteria for ongoing construction sites
• 💬 Conduct employee meetings with team leaders and technicians
• 💰 Check and adhere to costs
• 🧰 Ensure resource utilization and workflows to increase productivity
• 🔗 Link to sales

🧩 What we wish from you:

• 🛠️ A craft journeyman / master training – or a completed degree with a craft background (e.g., civil engineering or architecture).
