What you will do with us
Your Tasks: 🔧 Leadership & Operation: Technical and personnel management of a tamping machine complex 🗣 Communication: Coordination with site managers during site preparation 📅 Personnel Planning: Organizing the machine crew in collaboration with the operations management 🛠 Maintenance & Servicing: Operation, care, and maintenance of tamping machines and ballast plows 🚂 Vehicle Operation: Operating locomotives and auxiliary vehicles 📐 Pre-measurement Work: Conducting and evaluating measurements as part of tamping and grading services
Your Profile: 🎓 Completed training in a technical profession or experience in track construction 🔧 Knowledge of tamping and grading technology is an advantage 💪 High level of initiative and teamwork skills 🚀 Willingness to work shifts and flexibility 🚗 A Class B driver's license is desirable
