Training as a Construction Equipment Operator/Machinist (m/f/d) in Luckenwalde

We're training you to become a construction equipment operator/machinist.

About the Training

The training lasts three years, with the practical part taught in the first two years at the ÜZA in Brandenburg at the Friesack location. We provide accommodation for this. In the third year, the training takes place on the company's construction sites. The theoretical part is taught at the OSZ in Potsdam.

What You'll Learn with Us:

• Setting up and securing our construction sites across Germany
• Creating formwork for foundations, columns, etc.
• Processing building materials
• Operating, managing, maintaining, and servicing construction machinery and equipment in building and civil engineering
• Excavating construction pits and trenches, creating slopes
• Conducting material transport on the construction site
• Quality assurance measures and reporting

What You Should Bring:

• At least a satisfactory secondary school diploma
• At least a grade 3 in math
• German language skills in speaking and writing, at least level 2B (technical terms must be understood)
• Craftsmanship skills
• Technical understanding
• Physical resilience
• High level of teamwork, responsibility, and independence
