We're looking for you as a Project Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks: ➡️ Project-related planning and execution of project assignments considering quality, costs, capacities, delivery, and performance scope ➡️ Implementation and execution of processes ➡️ Coordination of all internal and external interfaces for smooth operations ➡️ Leading internal meetings and coordinating with clients to assess and manage project statuses ➡️ Planning and tracking for quality assurance ➡️ Preparing monthly status meetings ➡️ Creating additional offers and progress reports ➡️ Competent contact for our clients on all project-related questions What we wish for: ➡️ Successfully completed technical studies or equivalent training/education ➡️ Professional experience in project management, ideally in shipbuilding ➡️ Organizational talent, responsible actions, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams ➡️ Proficient in MS Office ➡️ Good English skills, both spoken and written ➡️ High customer orientation and good communication skills, as well as strong team spirit ➡️ High level of commitment, loyalty, reliability, independence, and organizational strength What you can look forward to with us: ▪️ Attractive salary 💰 ▪️ 30 days of vacation 🌴 ▪️ Work-life balance?
