Our services include noise barriers made from wood, aluminum, reinforced concrete, glass, plastic, and masonry, including all ancillary services. The company is part of Eiffage Infra-Bau. We are looking to fill the following position at our Peine location as soon as possible: Construction Manager / Civil Engineer for Noise Protection (m/f/d) Here's what you'll be doing: - Handling demanding and complex noise protection projects, mainly along railway lines - Planning, managing, and monitoring the construction process while considering economic success - Designing and enforcing change orders - Coordinating our own staff and subcontractors - Observing and enforcing occupational safety and environmental protection regulations - Leading the skilled workers What you bring to the table: - Degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction management or training as a construction technician/master with relevant professional experience - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant calculation software, e.g., iTwo, is an advantage - Strong communication and assertiveness skills - Team player - Mobility and flexibility What we offer you in addition to your salary: - Company car – also for private use - Systematic onboarding - Flexible working hours - Employer contribution to company pension scheme (bAV) - Training and qualification opportunities - Attractive remuneration according to the construction tariff agreement - Eiffage stock-based employee participation program - Attractive benefits (Job-Rad, employee PC program, Urban Sports Club, Hansefit) - Employee and team events - Very well-equipped and modern workplace
