What you will do with us
🌱 Your Tasks:
As a Trainer: 🧑🏫 Guide and support trainees on professional topics. ✋ Teach practical skills. 📝 Review and discuss daily reports. 🎓 Help prepare for mid-term and final exams. 🤝 Integrate new trainees.
As a Coach: 📚 Manage the Rocholl Academy for the training and development of permanent staff. 🛠️ Plan and conduct training on machine operation, surveying, building materials, and safety. 📅 Coordinate external training and schedule appointments with service providers.

What You Bring: 🎓 Degree as a Master Gardener, Horticultural Technician, Agricultural Economist for Horticulture, or a comparable qualification. 📜 Trainer qualification in landscaping and gardening. 🌿 Good plant and care knowledge in the shrub and perennial area. 🚜 Experience with machinery (e.g., wheel loaders, excavators up to 27t, possibly bulldozers and rollers). 👨🏫 Experience in training (advantageous, career changers welcome). 💻 Basic PC skills. 🎉 Enjoy working with young people.
