Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Interior Construction Projects

Location: Flensburg | Full-time | Permanent

We're looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated Project Coordinator with a hands-on background who plans, manages, and successfully executes interior construction projects with passion.

Responsibilities:

✅ Responsible for coordinating and managing our interior construction projects until turnkey delivery

✅ Project support from our Flensburg office – in close coordination with our in-house assembly team and the site manager

✅ Independent procurement of materials and services, including cost control

✅ Coordination and negotiation with external subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

✅ Organization of internal processes and project-related communication with all parties involved

Profile:

✅ Completed vocational training, ideally as a carpenter (m/f/d)

✅ Several years of professional experience in interior construction, shopfitting, or related fields

✅ Strong organizational skills, independent and structured working style

✅ Strong communication skills, negotiation talent, and assertiveness

✅ High level of commitment, teamwork, and flexibility

✅ Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
