Coordinator (m/f/d) for Service / Maintenance and Small Orders (Home Office Option)

With nearly 30 of our own installers and a well-structured network of subcontractors, we either act as a general contractor for our clients or participate in projects with our core competencies in drywall and painting services.

Your tasks:

✅ Establish a new position/department in a rapidly growing company

✅ Take on maintenance, service, and small project orders

✅ Coordinate the execution of these orders with clients, our team, and our service partners

✅ Monitor the execution of orders and check the corresponding incoming invoices

✅ Independently bill the clients for the orders

✅ Maintain and expand our network of subcontractors

What you bring:

✅ Completed training in a technical or commercial field

✅ Ideally, experience in maintenance and service coordination

✅ Good communication skills in German and English

✅ You're reliable and work independently

✅ You intuitively learn new programs
