What to expect: - Performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heating and plumbing systems - Systematic troubleshooting and independent problem-solving on-site at the customer's location - Digital documentation using modern software - Main point of contact for customer inquiries and on-site advice
What you bring: - Training as an HVAC technician, gas/water installer, or similar qualification - Ideally, some experience in customer service – motivated beginners are also welcome - Reliability and an independent, solution-oriented work style - Customer-friendly, communicative demeanor - Class B driver's license
