Your Tasks 🛠 As a team leader, you are responsible for building and leading a team of 10–15 systems technicians and electricians. 👉 You coordinate the teams and actively work on installation projects yourself. 👉 You onboard new employees, guide them, and ensure compliance with our processes. 👉 Together with the Regional Manager and the Operations and Academy teams, you optimize processes and ensure the highest customer satisfaction. 👉 You support the further development of processes and ensure consistently high installation quality.

Your Profile ⚡ You are a master or very experienced journeyman in the field of systems mechanics for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology. ✅ You already have experience with the installation of heat pumps. ✅ You are an experienced team leader and enjoy professional and personal trust. ✅ You value customer satisfaction and work results-oriented for the best solution. ✅ You feel comfortable in a digital work environment and enjoy working in a team.
