• Take over and lead an established company in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector with about 15 employees in the Braunschweig area
• Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects in heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems
• Manage ongoing operations with direct responsibility for staff, processes, and customer projects
• Active customer consulting and project management – from planning to completion
• Lead and motivate a well-established team of professionals
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external project participants
• Ensure quality standards and continuously optimize work processes and technologies used
• Budget and cost control as well as strategic business development

What you bring:

• Completed training as an HVAC master, technician, or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in technical project management or as an HVAC technician with responsibility for installations and customer projects
• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of VOB, HOAI, TRGI, and EnEV/GEG
• Entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsibility, and strong customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to further develop an established company
