About the role

• You take responsibility for your own installation projects, replacing old heating systems with modern air-water heat pumps
• You'll be on the road with a van equipped with the best tools and equipment, serving customers in Northern Bavaria / Franconia or around our location in Herzogenaurach
• You'll work alongside another systems mechanic or a trainee
• You'll also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service who support you with the installation
• You're involved in the continuous improvement of our processes. We aim to structure and plan the installation process efficiently through our specialization in heat pumps and digital processes

What you should bring

• You are a trained systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology, or you have a comparable education or work experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you have already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in heat pump installation
• Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer
• You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and are a team player
