About the Role

You lead a team of several installers and trainees who carry out projects for the installation of modern air-water heat pumps at customers' sites. You regularly work on installation projects yourself and guide new employees. You ensure that our processes are followed by the teams and maintain consistently high quality of installations and customer satisfaction. You work closely with the Regional Manager, planners, and the Operations Excellence Team to ensure smooth operations and further develop processes. You work closely with the Academy, where new employees are selected and trained.

What You Should Bring

You are a master or very experienced journeyman in the field of plant mechanics for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology with a focus on heating technology, and you are already familiar with heat pump technology. You are up to date professionally and experienced in installation at our customers' sites. You have already led teams and are appreciated by your employees both professionally and personally. Like us, you place great value on customer satisfaction and always want to achieve the best result for the customer. You feel comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you are a team player.
