Your Role 🚐 You independently lead installation projects for replacing old heating systems with air-water heat pumps in the Berlin area and travel with a fully equipped van. 🛠️ You work closely with an apprentice or trainee, whom you support and guide in daily tasks. 📋 You coordinate with planners, logisticians, and customer service who assist you with the installation. 📈 You help improve our processes through specialization and digitalization.
What You Should Bring 🔧 You have training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification. ❄️ Ideally, you have already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in this area. 🤝 You value customer satisfaction and enjoy working in a team. 💻 You feel comfortable in a modern, digital environment and tackle new challenges with motivation.
