Environmental Construction Supervisor

eba-consult GmbH has been a partner of Deutsche Bahn for over 20 years. Our company specializes in construction supervision. With an experienced team of about 40 employees, we have successfully managed more than 400 projects.

We're looking for someone to join us in environmental construction supervision as soon as possible, or we're happy to train you to become part of our team.

Your Tasks:

• As an environmental construction supervisor (m/f/d), you'll coordinate, manage, and oversee everyone involved in the overall project.
• Depending on your specialization (nature, water, soil, emissions), your goal is to comply with all legal regulations and requirements.
• You'll address environmental issues promptly, trustingly, and directly with the project management, construction companies, and relevant authorities.
• You'll oversee environmental construction supervision through all phases according to the EBA Environmental Guide Part VII.
• You'll handle reporting, documentation in the specialist information system, interaction with the Federal Railway Authority until the work is completed.
• You'll supervise and monitor landscape construction work as part of CEF measures and compensation and replacement measures.

What We're Looking For:

• You have a successfully completed degree in architecture, biology, nature conservation and landscape planning, geography, geoecology, landscape architecture, forestry, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of nature conservation, species protection, environmental compatibility, and environmental law regulations, as well as intervention regulations in one or more categories (nature, water, soil, emissions), is an advantage.
• You may have several years of practical professional experience in one of the following areas: landscape planning, species protection, ecological construction supervision/environmental construction supervision.
• You also have excellent communication skills, are service-oriented, and can assertively represent a concern when necessary.
• You're well-organized, enjoy working independently and flexibly, and have a valid Class B driver's license.
