We are an engineering firm providing services in the railway infrastructure sector, focusing on construction supervision. We deliver our services through our own employees as well as freelancers working on our behalf. We're looking for you as a Safety and Health Coordinator (m/f/d) for eba-consult GmbH at our locations in Munich, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart as soon as possible. Your tasks: • You ensure the planning and later construction execution according to the construction site regulations and design them according to the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the clients, as well as the recognized rules of technology, guidelines, and legal requirements. • You also handle and create advance notices and communications to the relevant authorities and develop ways to avoid safety and health risks. • Furthermore, you develop and check compliance with safety and health plans, including adjustments to the planning process or construction sequence, as well as construction site regulations. • You coordinate measures from the general principles according to §4 of the Occupational Safety Act during planning, execution, and monitoring. • You also conduct safety meetings and inspections, as well as document and evaluate them. • You advise on the planning of construction site facilities and the planning of permanent safety facilities. What we expect Your profile: • You have successfully completed a technical/university degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, you have successfully completed training as a safety specialist or as a technician/master in construction with several years of professional experience. • Qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator. • You are assertive and able to communicate appropriately to the audience. • You have a pronounced quality and safety awareness. • You drive the common goal forward and possess a high degree of flexibility and mobility. • You also have a valid Class B driver's license.
