As part of a team that works across different trades, you'll help realize complex construction projects and modernize infrastructure in Germany. You'll independently oversee the construction and execution of superstructure measures and structural engineering works within the scope of the Railway Operations Ordinance (EBO). You'll document the construction process, monitor the construction billing, and identify defects. Additionally, you'll be responsible for monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality requirements, as well as assisting with contract and change order management. You'll lead meetings and take minutes. You'll also accept construction services or prepare for their acceptance. You'll handle notifications according to the Construction Administration Regulation (VV Bau). What you bring: - A degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) - Training as a Superstructure/Structural Engineering Supervisor would be an advantage (if you have knowledge of HAOI, VOB, VOL, and current legal regulations) - You enjoy being on construction sites, love tinkering with complex systems, and are proficient with modern IT - Team player, assertive, proactive, and willing to take on responsibility - Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness - At least German language level B2 - Driver's license class B
