You have a degree in engineering or electrical engineering or a master's degree in electrical engineering.

You have work experience in planning electrical systems and integration planning.

You impress us with significant and long-term experience as a planner, construction supervisor, or project manager, especially in complex large projects.

You have experience with tendering and awarding construction and planning services and related anti-claim management.

You show high responsibility and resilience.

You have a strong ability to independently handle complex issues and problems.

You impress us with knowledge of technical regulations (DIN, EN, VdS) and other valid technical rules.

You are familiar with procurement law (VOB, VOL, HOAI, AHO, SektVO).

These tasks await you...

You oversee the leadership and supervision of specialist planning and construction supervision during planning and construction through service phases 1 – 8.

You monitor the implementation of planning regarding content, required quality, set costs, and deadlines.

You independently conduct the local construction supervision and possibly other service phases of the HOAI, especially for ALG 4 and 5.

You ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.

You are always in technical coordination with internal and external project participants.

You independently handle project documentation and project controlling.

You take care of quality management in the technical equipment planning of ALG 4 and 5, technical review of planning documents, schematics, calculations, and descriptions, as well as specifications from third parties and specialists (including spot checks of quantity determination).

You oversee the cost management of the responsible cost group at the third level of classification of DIN 276 Part 1 in the area of KG 440/450.

You conduct schedule management, technical reviews of invoices, and legally binding acceptance of third-party services.

You make timely important decisions regarding the project.

You contribute to reporting and the preparation of reports and presentations.

You guarantee specialized support for the project management of other trades in the project.

You participate in the maintenance of the project archive and in managing the overarching construction file.
