Your MISSION You are the first point of contact for all technical matters in the properties and for the professional assessment and management of disruptions. Negotiating with subcontractors for technical building equipment and specialist engineers is also part of your tasks. You will advise and support our project managers in dealing with technical building equipment. You are responsible for controlling the construction process and scheduling, and you manage and lead the subcontractors. You direct the construction processes and coordinate the site in consultation with the project management. Your PROFILE You have a degree in supply engineering or a similar field, a completed technician training, or a craft training with a master’s certificate. You have at least five years of professional experience and expertise in technical regulations. You bring a self-reliant working style, can assert yourself, and have a knack for making decisions.
