- You are responsible for the comprehensive handling of special foundation construction sites
- You are in charge of leading and instructing the construction site personnel
- You are responsible for equipment, material, and personnel disposition
- You manage, control, and monitor subcontractor services
- Your duties include on-site measurement recording
- You may take on light surveying tasks
- What We Rely On
- Completed training as a foreman / site foreman or completed training in special foundation construction, as a concrete worker or specialized masonry worker with experience as a foreman
- Several years of experience in special foundation construction
- Driver's license class B or 3
- Teamwork, motivation, and social skills
- Reliability, initiative, and flexibility
