Estimator (m/f/d) for Shop Interior Construction (Remote Work Option)

Who we are:

We're a shop interior construction company and general contractor based in the lovely city of Flensburg. Our diverse clientele covers everything from "normal" retail to office expansions and even upscale restaurants. As a subsidiary of our Danish parent company, Riis Retail, we've embraced typical Danish traits in our company culture – we're all on a first-name basis, we're family-friendly, we're flexible, and we just "go for it" without overthinking everything. With nearly 30 of our own installers and a well-structured network of subcontractors, we either act as general contractors for our clients or participate in projects with our core competencies in drywall and painting services.

Your tasks:

✅ You create our offers, amendments, and compile them into invoices. This involves calculating quantities and measurements from the drawings and construction descriptions provided to us, reaching out to subcontractors, and putting it all together.

✅ During the offer phase, you handle communication with the client and, after a successful contract award, hand over the project to the respective project manager. You maintain and expand our network of subcontractors.

What you bring:

✅ You're reliable and can work systematically.

✅ You have at least a basic understanding of drywall constructions.

✅ You can communicate in both German and English.

✅ You think economically and can intuitively learn new PC programs.

What we offer you:

✅ Depending on your qualifications, we offer a monthly salary of €4,200 - €4,800.

✅ You get 30 days of vacation with us, and you can flexibly arrange your working hours.

✅ After the onboarding phase, you can choose your work location flexibly, and you'll receive a complete home office setup – of course, you also have your own space in our office.
