Independently calculating construction services in demolition, earthworks, and civil engineering
Responsible for monitoring calculations and preparing proposals
Creating alternative offers and price inquiries
Developing order calculations and identifying cost-saving opportunities for the operational unit
Maintaining the calculation database
Preparing additional calculations for project managers
Handing over calculations to project management

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge of a billing and calculation program, ideally BRZ
Independent and committed work style as well as team spirit
Entrepreneurial thinking and action

Verantwortliche Überwachung von Kalkulationen und Angebotsausarbeitungen
Erstellung von Nebenangeboten und Preisanfragen
Erarbeitung der Auftragskalkulation und Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen für die operative Einheit
Pflege der Kalkulationsdatenbank
Erstellung von Nachtragskalkulationen für die Projektleiter
Übergabe der Kalkulation an die Projektleitung

\*Ihr Profil\*

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm, idealerweise BRZ
Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
